Which dragon? Perhaps changing your crew will help? Do you know what the final attack was?

Mine was the frostback. And the final attack shouldn't matter, right? And who's going to know if the main PC killed it or a party member?

The final attack may matter. As an example Dorian's Spirit Mark ability caused crashes for many in the battle with the demon during the quest Faded for Her. Maybe that ability or another similar one is causing the dragon to glitch out?
