Redeem code game not showing in library
i have redeemed code for dragon age inquisition which i bought from g2a, now after more than a day i still cannot see the game in my library, after i follwed every instruction from EA tech-support and tried advices like clear cache etc.

To confirm if you purchase the code from g2a you will need to reach out to them for further assistance with the order.
Our support can only verify and assist with orders done through the EA app (formerly Origin) and ea.com, purchases on other platforms will require you to speak with your retailer.
