Redeem promo code don't work for me

I bought Dragon Age: Origins the last summer, and I tried the last week to register the two DLCs (Shale and Blood Dragon Armor for ME2 and DAO) that have inside it but don't work. 

"Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly."

 

I tried with stripes (-), with points (.), without nothing, but still don't work.

Is it because was a promotion or something isn't working well?

I tried in my computer, in my father's computer, in the laptop... so I think that isn't my computer (I think that my net neither is the problem), what I'm doing wrong?

I searched into the Internet but I can't find nothing that resolve this.

I wanted to talk by the phone with the number that appear in the manual but it puts that the support don't provides codes, so I don't know if I can ask them...

Well, the question is what can I do? Was only for a limited time? 

And sorry for my English.

    Hi there,

    You shall contact an EA game advisor.

    To do so:

    • Go to https://help.ea.com/ 
    • Log in with your Origin account.
    • Click on "Contact us"
    • On the next page select the game you wish help with and click on Go. 
    • Chose the appropriate options in the drop down menu for "Product", "Category", and "Platform" and you will see the available Contact options.

    They will look into the issue and provide you with new codes if necessary.

  • First of all, thanks.

    But my problem is before the installation, well... before the download.

    My codes don't work in the page of the game and I don't know why.

    The game is first-hand, so, I think that the codes would work.
