Redeemed DA:I in AMD, not working in Origin.

Hi all,

I just installed AMD gaming evolved and hit redeem on Dragon Age: Inquisition.

It gave me a key which I then tried to add to the Origin account I have. Origin accepted the key, however the game is not appearing in my library. I tried restarting the application which didn't help (including refresh). I also tried adding the key again but it says it has already been used now.

Just wondering if there is a trick to what I'm trying to do here?
