And a question -
You guys mention patches, but I haven't seen patch one and I'm on PC. I look every day in vain. Are you on PS4 or another platform?
The worst problem I have is Cullen disappearing, and the occasional CTD. CTDs are better now that I took the GeForce optimized settings instead of what I had. Before that, it crashed regularly. Sometimes I had monsters die and remain upright and animated. But they were dead.
I play on PC. your game should have updated automatically on Tuesday.
try right clicking on the game inside the origin app, and selecting update.
if you don't get any resluts, try a game repair. *results
if that doesn't work, try deleting the origin cache files.
here's how,
1.) log out of, and close origin.
2.) make sure "show hidden files and folders" is checkmarked in folder options.
3.) delete the origin folder in these 3 locations.
a.) c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\
b.) c:\users\%username%\appdata\roaming\
c.) c:\programdata
4.) empty your recycle bin
5.) restart origin, and LET IT FINISH VERIFYING YOUR GAMES (*this may take a long time)
6.)launch the game and see if yo ustill are having the same issues.
OK, so it was indeed auto patching itself. I have that off on my main rig, but on for this laptop. I usually like to see the patches coming, so I'll turn it off here.
Thanks!
