Screens flicker on and off 3 times when starting dragon age: inquisit

have dual monitors

When I start dragon age Inquisition, both my screens flicker really hard(about three times) before the game starts fully. 

Then it runs normally

sometimes, completely intermittently, though, the screens will flicker while im playing, and when it does that, I lose all game visuals, sound stays and I can interact with menus via hot keys (I can hear them open and close) but I get no video, its a black screen. Sometimes a little Exlcaimation mark appears in lower right hand, but not always. It never presents an error, and when I click on it, it just goes away.
