The quest to recruit Sera is not showing up on my game. Is there a time limit on the quest? Did I miss the oppertunity to recruit her? Or is this glitching? If it is a timed quest and I may just stop...
I believe the recruitment missions are over once you reached Skyhold. Normally the quest triggers the first time you reached Val Royeaux and spoke to Seeker Lucius. An arrow strikes and you have to look at it.
