Shatter does 1 damage?

This bug applies to everything from shades and wisps to undead. Creatures with no elemental resistance whatsoever only take 1 damage from shatter effects, making the combo aspect worthless (better to just let them sit their frozen and basic attack).
Other problem is that there is too many freakin ennemies with immunities or resistance for too many elements or state changes.
