reverting to an old save would not matter, you are still running it in the patched version of the game?
I play on the PS4 so my game auto updates and I lack the ability to revert to a previous version. Characters created pre-patch have shatter working as intended. Characters created post patch have shatter dealing 1 damage. This is really annoying and makes cross class combos with mages kinda pointless.

It seems this bug applies to warrior 2h combo detenators only, however there are a host of other bugs as listed here: http://forum.bioware.com/topic/528742-stuff-that-doesnt-work-compilation/
Bioware needs to patch these. Some of these bugs are quite an issue.
