This is the Inquisitor Lavellan from my latest playthrough whose world state I will recreate in Veilguard (to the extent that we're allowed). Her choices:

She's a rogue archer.

She saved the mages and brought them into the Inquisition as allies.

She exiled the Grey Wardens.

She lost Stroud in the Fade.

She forced Orlesian leadership to work together.

Her actions led to Cole becoming more like a spirit.

She freed Thom Rainier and encouraged him to become a better man.

Despite her best efforts, Cassandra became Divine instead of Leliana. (She refused Vivienne's errand, so that wasn't going to happen.)

She attempted romance with Solas. Her face tattoo has been removed.

She disbanded the Inquisition and vowed to save Solas from himself.

She became a Friend of Red Jenny.
