single player "Connection to the session has been lost"

Alright, so I have two inquisitors on my Dragon Age inquisition. My Rouge elf gameplay is fine. BUT my Mage Qunari Inquisitor I can't play. I will be going into battle and if I cast any spells the game goes back to the main menu and says "Connection to the session has been lost". Now, I am in single player and I have even tried going on offline and this happens. I have found no way to fix this and it is REALLY not fun considering I have some DLCS I haven't played and would like to play. This has been going on for weeks.
