Skyhold courtyard upgrade not working?

I did the cosmetic upgrade for the infirmary and the sparring ring but nothing changes. Has anyone had it actually change the look of the courtyard after doing the upgrade?

The sparring ring is supposed to be right next to the tavern. If it's not there after activating the upgrade on the Keep's staircase, then it's indeed bugged.

Same problem - no change after choosing infirmary upgrade. The quest is listed in completed quests but it shows all the quarries and 1 log stand still missing - I got them all.
I actually found more log stands than I needed for quests.
Exact same things happens with tower upgrade quest.

Check and see if the surgeon is still there. Mine moved to the "new" infirmary tower located near where Cassandra and the Quartermaster hangout, but none of the sick people moved. Pretty silly if you ask me but technically the infirmary exists in my game post upgrade even if the space is devoid of any of the people she wants to use those leeches on.

Ya it is there. I thought it would have been where the old infirmary was and didn't think to look where the new location was. The sick people in the old location threw me off.

I made the same assumption, especially since there are still people laying about and doubled over.. Then I ran across a newly opened door and voila,p.. Infirmary.
