Skyhold Treasury
I can't find the treasury anywhere. I've looked all over Skyhold (Cassandra has even mentioned it), but it's nowhere. Is it unlocked after a mission?

It is in the cellar ... where the kitchen is, next to the library and wine storage !
There is a ideotic riddler, SAVE before you speak with him ,, after three times you will get a stupid WEAPON ,,, but it is more a joke, than useful
This has to be a mission cause all that's in that spot is an ugly picture
