There appears to be a Solas artifact in the Riel mountain area behind the Victory fort / encampment. I can climb up very close to the ledge where the artifact and loot are, but can't quite get there. Is there a back entrance I'm not seeing, or a way to get above it and drop down?

I got up there with the avvar war nug, and it's just a fake artifact if we're thinking of the same place, I can't get the same angle as your screenshot but it seems like the same place
Inside the tent is a potion and a pie, beside the "artifact", on a rock is some kind of map or scroll along with a box of scrolls
The chest didn't have much in it, just some basic weapons I think
Nothing coloured anyway.
Wasn't really worth the climb but it's an interesting spot and I wonder if someone was trying to recreate one of solas's artifacts or maybe a misled attempt at an astrarium (something about the map or whatever it is made me think of them)
It's a cool little spot even if mildly pointless

I actually managed to get to the ledge by using the rocky incline to the left of where I am standing. It's a very narrow route you can traverse, and I used my thief with the highest dexterity (not sure if that mattered). Anyway I got there but could not get the device to activate. Maybe because I have finished the game and am just looking for artifacts / collectibles I didn't find before.
