Solas Quest - Measuring the Veil, cannot complete, bugged?

Hey,

Playing on PS4.

Trying to finish measuring the veil, have solas in my party, the artifact wont appear in the hinterlands cave.

I already found a different artifact in another area (western approach in a room with loads of people frozen in a battle) and have activated it without knowing what it was. Has this bugged the Solas Questline because i activated this one before the one in the hinterlands? I dont know what to do?

I would have to lose 25 hours of progress just to go back to before i found the artfiact in the western approach. Id rather not.
