Solas starts with only barrier skill, Varric starts with dagger skill

As the subject says, I have a problem with Solas and Varric skills. It happens to me all the time I start the game with my female Trevelyan mage (I thought it happens randomly, but unfortunately the problem is showing up every time I make new human female mage character to see if it's fixed). At the point where players are introduced to companion's control system (after closing the rift and meeting Solas&Varric for the first time), Varric should normally have bow skill and Solas both barrier and the other ice spell. Unfortunately, when I take control of them, I see a dagger skill for Varric (which of course he cannot use) and only a barrier for Solas.

So I tried all those things to fix it: I reinstalled the game (and even Origin), I deleted every folder that was connected to Origin (everything in appdata etc.) to make sure everything's clean. And it didn't work. Then, I made different characters. I haven't had this bug on qunari 2h warrior and on my first elven archer, but it happened to me again on my dwarf archer, elven mage and second elven archer. I thought it was a problem with my DA Keep save, so I made a new one - bug occurred again. I was also thinking that it could be my save that's broken. So I've sent it to my friend. He went through the introduction to Solas&Varric and you know what? Everything was okay for him when he got control of them. He had bow skill for Varric and two skills for Solas.

I don't know what's causing this problem, but I really need a help to deal with it. I'm playing on nightmare and it's essential to me to fix this bug.
