(solved) DA:I Getting stuck in the Fade at the beginning after creating a mage

As the title already says, every time I try to create a mage character, I get stuck in the fade just like this:

I know there are several methods to fix this:

- Disable the 60fps unlock by removing the specific line from the shortcut's properties (apparently the most common reason for this bug)

- Disable all mods

- Remove all old saves

- Repair the game installment

- Restart the Origin

- Restart the PC

- Remove the Patch folder from the root folder and let the game repair itself

But so far NONE of these methods have worked for me. I tried creating a character with each different class and they seemed to work fine. This problem only occurs when I try to create a mage. I also tested if the problem occurs with specific race/class combination by creating mage for each race, but they were all the same.

Is there ANY other way to fix this stuff? Because this really wanted to play my 2nd playthrough as a mage, but because of this stupid bug I can't get access to it.

edit. Seems like I managed to bybass to problem by removing the one and only DLC that I was using at that time, the Black Emporium, by going directly to the game's root folder --> update and removing the Black Emporium folder entirely. By doing only that allowed me to get past the opening Fade scene and continue to the prison scene. And let it be known that I only removed the Black Emporium DLC, so I still had the 60fps fix along with several mods in use when I did that.
