[SOLVED] DA:I PS4 - Black loading screen when logging in

I've just bought DAI digital download from the PS Store. The game starts up just fine but when it reaches: "Contacting Dragon Age servers" the screen goes black and none of the buttons work except going to the playstation home screen. If I don't log in it works fine but I wish to use the DA Keep features. Can anyone help me with this issue, please?

EDIT: Kept closing the game and reopening it until it worked. Game works fine now.
