SOLVED Dragon Age Inquisition PC green and red lines running through my game

Geforce GTX 760, i5 3.20GHz  there is red and green lines/ blocks all over my sky, they come down from the sky the shoot all over and move when i move the camera this just started happening i have p...

but i have 20+ hours into the game and this just started happening so why now then

    it was an issue on thier side i contacted the Live chat and they fix it quick and painless
