Sound Glitch like"ringing"
I heard the annoy "ringing" sound when I close map or pause or switch to another UI every time. I load earlier save found same issue,I guess that sound should be "Inquisition perk+1" sound effect. ...

I know exactly what you're talking about, and I don't understand what caused this issue to begin with, but it's obviously affecting a large number of people with no workaround. It happened on PS4 for my wife with a save over 80hrs, and any save before it, as well as her two other characters are unaffected. Later saves with the affected character have that awful sound.
