Hmm, support should be working ok. Were you able to make contact in the end?

I'm curious, in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update folder is there a file called ItemPack2?

~~I'm having the same issue on the PS4, I just purchased it half an hour ago. Nothing in inventory or in the special chest in the Undercroft (shown in a video).~~
edit: they appeared in the chest!

Nope, no ItemPack2 in that folder. All my other DLCs are in there, however.
