You need to connect to the Dragon Age servers at the main menu. They'll show up after you do that.
is there a way to do that manually? every time i start up the game it says "connecting to dragon age servers" and it still doesn't show up
But does it actually connect? In the bottom left corner at the main menu, do you only have the shortcut to Dragon Age Keep or is there also a "Log In"?
At the main menu in Options -> Account, do you have the "Always log me in" selected? If so, you could try unselecting it and then clicking "Log In" at the main menu (in the bottom left corner). If that doesn't work - there might be something wrong with your internet connection.
Though that gives me a thought - do you play with Origin in offline mode? If so, changing that may help, I've never played in offline so I can't be sure if it prevents from connecting to the servers.
- Approvedyeah, i've tried all of these things but it still won't show up :/ it wouldn't show up anywhere other than the undercroft at skyhold, would it? or do i need to be at a certain level before it will show up?
No, there's no level requirement. The items should be in the special chest in the undercroft. I'm afraid I'm out of ideas :/
