Staff Audio Missing When Using Jaws of Hakkon Materials

Don't know if anyone else has this issue, but whenever i create any staff using either of the new tier 4 metals from jaws of hakkon (Veil Quarts and Ice Dragon Bone) as the damage component, the audio for the auto attacks/ sheathing/ unsheathing on the staves is gone. So far it's only affecting staffs. I haven't heard any missing audio from any of the other weapons when using veil quartz or Ice dragon bone. I've tried repairing the game files but that hasn't fixed it, so i believe it's an issue with the latest patch.
