Start up problems without errors

So I wanted to start playing all Dragon Age games again, and now it was the time to play DA:I, I've been having this weird issue where I download/start the game from Steam as usual, and everything seems to be working just fine until the EA App starts up and does his little box thing where it says the game is preparing (I haven't touched any games since the Origins change). I've tried all possible fixes (clean boot, driver updates, checking files for errors or corrupted ones), and nothing seems to be working. The only thing that kind of did was create another "PC account" (the one you use to log in to your PC), but as we all can kind of agree, I hope, to have to create another account on my PC and reinstall 80% of the things I need just to play DA, it's a bit overkill, imho. I've asked for support on the "main website" and they just said to go to the forums, so here I am.
