[Steam] Can't launch Dragon Age 2

Whether I'm starting Dragon Age 2 via Steam or Origin, or opening a local file,the Origin will Automatically restart. I have never been reported any erro or any bug,and I just can't launch the game...

    Close out msi afterburner and rivatuner if you have it. Make sure you close it out in the hidden apps section. It’s an arrow located down right near the other icons.

It did not take effect, and the problem remained the same.
