[Steam] Dragon Age Inquisition GOTY Missing DLCs

I accidentally purchased a second copy of DAI GOTY on steam and now all of my saves says it's missing dlcs. On top of that, I created a new save and none of the DLCs are showing even though steam sho...

It helps, but I was able to play the game normally not long ago, and now I can't. I can't access the Keep, so I can't use my Golden Nug to reaquire ALL my.... everything. Any idea how to do that?

  @EA_Shepard JUST FYI In addition to the mod, following these steps also worked for me without deactivating online features! Found it amongst the comments of the Nexus mods fix. If anyone has a similar problem on Steam version they can check it out! (added SS in case comment/page gets deleted)
