[Steam] Dragon Age Inquisition Will Not Launch

I bought Dragon Age Inquisition on Steam and it was perfectly fine - today I go to launch it and it will not launch. I get a black screen pop up and then it goes back to my launcher.  I have looked ...

Nope, not a thing works - and as I mentioned in the post contacting EA was useless! They basically said wow that sucks nothing we can do.
