[Steam] Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition Not In EA app Library

Hi!


So I have purchased Dragon Age Ultimate Edition on Steam recently. My Steam and EA accounts are linked but DA doesn’t appear in the EA library. Is there any way to fix this? The email containing the purchase confirmation got lost and I can’t seem to find the serial code in the pdf manual.

I know that EA servers for DA are down, does that mean that Dragon Age Keep doesn’t work either?

    @ronilefo If you purchased the game in Steam, you wont need a code. When you launch the game in Steam, the EA app has top pull up as that is how it is used. It would say playing in Steam though so not showing in the EA app is fine.

    The EA servers for the game are not down. The error in the game is shard coded and was there before even Origin was around.

    Does the game not launch or are you not able to play at all? Other than it not showing in the EA library, what issue are you experiencing?
