Stuck after character creation

So I updated all my drivers, but I still have this problem. After the character creation and the opening cinematic I appear in the Frostbakc Mountains instead of the prison. There's nothing for me to...

I tried windowed mode after doing a repair of the game through Origins and it didn't work ☹️ Lemme know how yours goes though.
