"system error. please try again later"

Just got Dragon Age 2 from Amazon. I get this message at the second Product Key entry. Can't get past it.

Hey!

Just found out that I was not the only one who had problems with the activation code in dragon age 2
But now I found out how to get it to work, so I figured I could tell you guys to!

No idea if it'll work, but have you tried redeeming the code directly in Origin?

From the menu along the top click "Origin".
Next click "Redeem product code..."

If all else fails I'd recommend contacting an EA Game Advisor:
