Tan Pants / Boots clothing texture glitch

So, I have recently noticed i have this bug, where it is not mud or dirt, just tan pants and boots that will not go away when i fast travel, am in a cutscene, rests in a tent or anything.

I tried putting it on medium, and it works fine. I go back to ultra, and it is fine until the light changes, then it is back to it`s impossible ways.

Now.. I tried it on HIGH, and it seems to work as intended. It is like on normal, with better hair =P 

I am not sure if you all knew that, or if it will even work for you as my settings are rather custom mixed right now, but HIGH on mesh for people and such, works nicely for me.
