I think I know what's the issue here. You guys have non-English versions, right? Non-English versions seem to use different font for subtitles and some UI elements. BioWare should fix this ASAP. This doesn't seem to be tested well enough because, you know, there are not English versions.

This is wierd. My version seems to have a different font than others. My game's in Polish.

How is that in context to the TV that you are playing it on? This might not be an issue for PC gamers, but for console users it is a big issue. Console players are not playing a foot away from the screen.
I'm using a 360 and a 38" TV playing the English version and I'm facing the same problem.
Text is too small to read from 6ft away.
Here it is Late March 2016 and still the text size is an issue. I came online looking to see if their might be a fix and well it looks like we will never have one. Bio Ware apparently doesn't give a damn so why should we. I for one am going to trade in this horrible game at EB Games for credit and get something actually worth playing. I will never again buy another Bio Ware game for as long as I live.
