I've contacted EA support twice so far and they haven't any kind of advice either time. They just say to post my problem on the board but don't make any suggestions as to how to fix my issue. I'm not asking for much, I just to be able to read the text so I can actually play the game.
- They told me the same thing. They were beyond rude to me and told me that I should post on a forum in the future if I have an issue. I understand that they use forums as a way to see issues, but the way they are saying it is not appropriate.
Cannot read the text while playing on the PS4 in my lounge. No issues with other console games.
It is a reasonable expectation that you should be able to play a console game while sitting on your couch in your lounge.
The game is currently not "fit for purpose" and is likely in breach of Australian Consumer Law.
