The Dragon Age servers are temporarily unavailable. Please try again

Although they were up two weeks ago, the Dragon Age Origins servers are now down. Could somebody please restart them? Thanks!

I have this problem, so I can't import saves from DA Keep. If there was possibility to download from Keep and just save in DA:I.... Or there is some issue?
