the movement controls wont come off Dragon Age Inquisition...help!!!

so I have been playing for like 15 minutes and the tutorial on how to move (WASD Q and E for Strafe, right click to move camera etc) wont come off the screen except in cutscenes then comes back after...

Im not sure if its possible as I cannot verify at the moment but is there someway to disable the tutorial popups via and ingame option? I would check as its worth a shot.
