the movement controls wont come off Dragon Age Inquisition...help!!!

so I have been playing for like 15 minutes and the tutorial on how to move (WASD Q and E for Strafe, right click to move camera etc) wont come off the screen except in cutscenes then comes back after...

I think the Control key is the button they indicate to close the window. Otherwise save and load might do it.

But as Serrel44 indicated I think you can turn them off in options.
