"The Wrath of Heaven" not received, although already played through (almost)

Hello everybody,

I've owned Dragon Age: Inquisition since the beginning (November 2014) and I'm almost through ..... (can only be minutes (or hours 😕or days 😮?))

Well, much further than in the prologue. And now we have come to the problem:

With Origin, the achievement "The Wrath of Heaven" is NOT unlocked and with Dragon Age Keep it was credited DIRECTLY AFTER THE PROLOGUE. I don't know why.🤔

If someone of you (or possibly EA) could help me, I would be happy, I think (I guess.., I hope ...😃)
