Door will not open says barred from the other side map indicates one enemy however he is know where to be found please help with this bug

- ApprovedIn the keep in the quest right before you kill isshael there is a door that he is behind the door says blocked from the in side I have looked up this quest on u tupe and all the videos the door is open. There is a red dot on my radar indicating an enemy which I believe must be killed before the door is open however the target does not appear anywhere in my tactical view I can see its outline intombed in the bricks there is no way to get to him I have searched the rest of the area no other targets are left living. Please advise.

Go to about minute 36 of this video, it shows the approach to Ishmael, I don't see a door of any kind.
