Several of these threads have shown up in the last few minutes so there must be a common variable... the chances of all these folks spontaneously having the same problem based on their PC clocks seems unlikely (unless they are using the same NTP server that is had a bad update or something).
There was at least one thread in regards to the 360 version of the game.
Not on PC, unfortunately. I have Inquisition for Xbox One--which makes it harder to try and find a solution myself.
- Go to settings then system then scroll ver to systm time and ajust to the current date or a future date
