Tomb of Fairel Quest Key Bug

Hi:

Here is a sad, deserted thread about the same issue (http://answers.ea.com/t5/Dragon-Age-Inquisition/Tomb-of-Fairel-quest-doesn-t-update/m-p/4103081#M27150)

I have all the key fragments for the Tomb of Fairel quest (after running all over the hissing sands). I killed a dragon and, triumphantly, showed up at the tomb. It keeps telling me to use the treasure map to find the tomb and I'm right next to the tomb right clicking through the tears as it continues to tell me it's magically sealed.

I can post screen shots as proof, if it helps. I've done everything to a T (and watched walkthrought to verify I'm not forgetting anything).

This is, for what it's worth, on the PC and there are apparently 15 people with this problem.
