Ultimate Edition bonus content issue

I purchased the DA: Origins Ultimate edition on November 13, 2012 (yesterday at the time of writing this), however, when I attempt to use the bonus content code (the one that has all the DLC; stone prisoner, warden's keep, etc.), I'm told that it's already been used. When I looked up what codes had been registered for the game, only the core game key was there, not the bonus key. I've tried registering my key through Bioware as well, but they also tell me that  "This code has already been used". Is it possible that the distributor gave me someone else's key or is it another issue?

  • While you're waiting for an offiicial answer - there's a patch for non-Steam copies of Ultimate Edition (v1.5). I got my DAUE copy through Origin and had to patch it  (Bioware boards should have info about the patch) so that my DLCs would be authenticated (they were installed under the Content listing but not authenticated) so you might want to try the patch as well if you haven't already.

Also, I got some error when installing the patch but just chose 'Ignore' and it seemed to go through ok (just to give you heads up).

  • Hi,

The extra content must be redeeem on BioWare Social Network.

Here you can register games: http://social.bioware.com/user_bw_games_register.php (remember, look the option called "Ultimate Edition", otherwise u will get error)

And finally, u can reedeem codes here: https://social.bioware.com/redeem_code.php

U can also, try to install the lastest patch, which include some fixes in authorization DLC.

    http://social.bioware.com/page/da-patches

Now all its done, u have to log in to authorize all the DLC.

    Cheers.
