I am playing on PS4, the problem started right after I completed the Winter Palace mission.

Community AdminSo it sounds like the "resume normal clothing options" trigger can misfire/fail. If you try loading a mid-mission save for Wicked Hearts, can you try completin again and see if it happens again? I take it that you could swap to the armour as normal during the combat sections of the quest?
