8 years agoIt would probably solve your issue but I don't want you to spend extra money on them again if there might be a different solution available 😉
Try this link - it should allow you to send them an email inquiry.
If you want to get a phone number to their support, remember to change the region in the bottom left corner of the page, then choose: PlayStation 4 Help -> PlayStation Store and transactions -> Voucher codes -> Redeeming a voucher. At the bottom of the page you should see the call option, if it's available in your region.

7 years agoOh hey so sorry, I thought I replied to this age ago, but long story short:
didn't get a hold of ps4 staff via email or otherwise (they just didn't reply to any of my messages; timezone issues I imagine) nor did things suddenly start working as I continued to play. But then in, April I think, the dlc bundle was on sale, so I just went ahead and bought it again.
So in other words, the issue wasn't solved, but nevertheless, case's closed now.
