Unable to install Dragon Age Inquisition from the Disks...

This is seriously annoying. I have tried 5 times now to install with the disk. My drivers are updated and everything is working but my PC keeps freezing then when I reboot it's not showing anything going on with Origin and it is not downloading anything but says files in use and I have to restart the PC again to try installing again. The Can you run it site says I have over the recommended for playing this and that I should have "great experience running this product."...Going to try just downloading but honestly I bought the inquisitors edition for nothing it seems. Disk not working and the owl was broken, but that is a different subject. If anyone figures out why the disk install is so junk I would love to know, and yes I tried the suggestions posted here and it still froze/said it was busy.

i have the disk to and the origen launcher is no more so i cant even play the game or install it

You can redeem your CD key in EA app to get a digital copy.
Should that not work you can contact EA support so they can assist you with this problem.

However, as this is an old thread that has been inactive for almost ten years, I am going to lock it to prevent any further necro-posting.
