Unable to install Dragon Age Inquisition from the Disks...

Hi, having the same problem on windows 8 laptop. When I inserted disc 1, autorun started. Then when I clicked on "continue" it started unzipping files, but after a couple seconds it said error encounterered and exited the install. Now, when I retry, after clicking "continue" nothing happens.
