Unable to install Dragon Age Inquisition from the Disks...

I just picked up DA Inquisitions for my Daughter, however, she is unable to install it from the disks. It is a huge download from Origins and we only have a small amount of transfer per month with ...

When I try to install with the discs it iaunches Origin and then my download gets paused. the error that I'm getting says '"Origin needs to install files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission." I'm not gitting a prompt and why I run it with admin permission I still get it.

im getting the same errors on my wifes computer but it will install just fine on mine
