Was having the same issue, and this is what fixed it for me.
Find the Originsetup file on disc 1 in the D:\Autorun\Origin folder, not the Setup file in the main directory and double click that bad boy. For me it said that I would be installing an older version of Origin. I said Ok. After it reinstalled Origin, I put the install disc back in and hit autorun, then clicked the continue button. It opened Origin and logged me in and proceeded with the install from the disc.
Hope that works for you. Looks like there may be multiple ways to fix it from the answers on this thread.

I was having install issues from Disk too. My workaround was to download Origin from the website. Turn off my Internet connection to get Origin to install without errors. Turn on my Internet connection and launch Origin. I registered my game and it became available for download. I started to download it and then cancelled the download because it was taking too long. While I was still logged into my Origin account, I tried executing the "AutoRun.exe" file again that is on Disk one and so far everything appears to be working. Instead of Origin showing the game downloading, it shows copying and it is being read off the CD. I'm only at 6% copied, but at least I'm making progess.
