ive uninstalled origin let it install again from the disc then continue with the intallation from the disc. orgin wont even let me redeem the code to try and install it that way.

Once you installed Origin goto Origin Portal. Then click on Origin in the top left corner to Redeem Product Code. Enter Your Product Code from the pamphet inside the Gamecase.
