I had same problem. I bought the disks but couldn't figure out how to install from disk and not download.
This worked for me - log out of origins and quit. Reboot computer. Follow these instructions exactly:

12 years agoYea, sadly that didn't work for me. I put in a ticket with support to call me back. It said "We will call you back in 22 minutes" that was like.. an hour ago. Haha I guess its time to make a twitter account as I don't have one. ^^;;
