Just got help from and ea tech and this helped me for now, my game is copying from the disks as Im typing:
Ensure Origin is fully closed by clicking the Origin Menu and selecting Exit.
Delete the following folders:
Origin folder - Found in C:\ProgramData\
Origin folder - Found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\
Origin folder - Found in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\
Note: These folders are hidden by default, and you will need to un-hide ( http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ie/windows/show-hidden-files#show-hidden-files=windows-7) to be able to locate them.
Then pop the disk back in and hit continue and log back into origin
